RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size/color change or refund within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

The product, even if opened, must be "as new", therefore complete, with complete packaging and in perfect condition, complete with all accessories. All returned items will be inspected. If products do not meet these criteria, Hey Baby reserves the right to reject the return or apply a deduction on the price.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request return authorization, an email must be sent to info@heybabyshop.it, stating the intention to proceed with the return, the items to be returned, email address and order number.

Once a withdrawal communication has been received from the buyer via email, a communication will follow from the HEYBABYSHOP.IT staff with information on the product return method, which must be sent within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

The return shipment must be made directly by the customer at their own expense, by sending the package within 14 days of receiving the merchandise according to the methods and address indicated.

Two types of compensation are available:

Size/color change
It is possible to make an exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new product requested can be returned following the same procedure and you will only be responsible for the shipping costs for the return and for the subsequent exchange.

Reimbursement
If you have complied with all the required conditions, you will be refunded in full the price of the products purchased, with only the costs of the return being your responsibility, i.e. those for the return. The sums to be refunded will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which the seller came to
knowledge of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller.
